My teaching philosophy is deeply shaped by my journey from a remote village in Burkina Faso, where dedicated teachers instilled in me the belief that education can empower individuals and communities. My approach centers on four principles: fostering inclusivity, promoting active learning, embracing culturally sustaining pedagogy, and cultivating joy in learning.
